The new 22,000 sq ft factory-owned sales and service center in Charlotte, NC includes modern offices, a professional repair and service area, extensive warehouse space and a showroom to perfectly serve our growing customer base in North America.
We support our customers in every US sales region with our own Product Specialists to ensure customer-oriented and professional after sales support where the customer needs.
The Charlotte showroom is equipped with our latest product offering.
Large Warehouse
We maintain a large stock of products and spare parts in our warehouse to ensure fast delivery.
Factory Service
All service, re-builds and warranty claims for the North American market are performed by our 4 full-time employed service technicians at our factory owned service center in Charlotte, NC.
Our service technicians are factory trained and highly skilled in assembling spindles, gears and bearings.
